Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).

Items NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Used tools or items with missing parts
  • Products returned after the 14-day window

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return or exchange process:

  3. Wait for our confirmation and instructions for pickup or return

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Hubstool.com will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or store credit within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., different size or model), please mention it during the return request. Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
